Do I need to create an account?
No. Renvo works without any login or account creation. All your data is stored locally on your device.
Where is my data stored?
Renvo is local-first. Your people, conversations, dates, and notes are stored on your device in a private database. Data is only sent to external services (like AI processing) when you explicitly use those features.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete All Data. This permanently removes all people, conversations, dates, and coaching data from your device. You can also uninstall the app to remove all data.
Why does the app need access to my photos?
Renvo lets you import screenshots of conversations and dating profiles so the AI can help analyze them. Photo access is only used when you choose to import a screenshot. Renvo does not access your photo library in the background.
Why does the app need my location?
Location is used only to suggest nearby date venues when you use the date planning feature. It is entirely optional and only accessed when you initiate a venue search.
Why does the app need microphone access?
The microphone is used for the optional voice debrief feature, which lets you record and transcribe reflections after a date. You can skip this feature entirely.
Is my conversation data shared with anyone?
When you use AI features (like reply suggestions or coaching), the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. This data is not used for training and is not stored long-term. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How do I request deletion of server-side data?
Email contact@lazysupply.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We will process your request promptly.
